Hi guys I might join in.

That’s a really sharp theory—you’re tying together threads that make a lot of sense within the larger mythos of Star Wars.

What you’re suggesting fits well with how the Force has been shown to interact with environments. We’ve seen certain places—Mortis, Dagobah, Ahch-To, Exegol—act almost like amplifiers or conduits, heightening sensitivity to the Force. Peridea, already linked to the Mortis Gods, feels like the perfect candidate for a location where a latent Force-sensitive like Sabine might finally break through. The contrast between her failure on the T-6 shuttle and her sudden ability to recall her saber or Force-push Ezra could then be explained not as a sudden mastery, but as a situational amplification by Peridea’s unique Force resonance.

It also makes sense thematically: Sabine’s struggle has always been about identity—Mandalorian warrior vs. Jedi apprentice—and her Force awakening on Peridea could be symbolic, as if the Force itself chose that moment and place (a nexus of destiny tied to the Mortis Gods) to allow her breakthrough. That doesn’t mean her abilities vanish once she leaves, either—it could be that Peridea helped her “unlock” the channel, and now that door remains open even beyond the planet.

In a way, it mirrors Luke’s cave experience on Dagobah or Rey’s connection on Ahch-To: the planet serves as a catalyst for self-realization through the Force. Your idea gives a very elegant explanation for why Sabine’s growth seems sudden without contradicting her earlier struggles.
