PLOT HIGHLIGHTS
- Introduction: Din Djarin and Grogu attack and destroy an Imperial facility on a snowy planet, freeing the natives from oppression.
- A new job: New Republic Colonel Ward enlists Din Djarin in tracking down and rescuing Rotta the Hutt in exchange for information about Imperial leader ‘Coin’ from the Hutt Twins.
- Complications: After arriving on the moon of Shakari, Djarin learns that Rotta that Hutt doesn’t want to be rescued until he discovers his employer is trying to kill him and he and Djarin pair up to escape Shakari.
- Change in Plans: Djarin learns Rotta himself can lead them to Janu Coin and decides to not return Rotta to the Twins who plot to kill their nephew. Coin is captured, but the Twins then capture Djarin for betraying them.
- Survival: Djarin barely manages to escape the Twins, but not without a deathly wound from a dragon snake – with only Grogu to keep him from dying.
- Payback: After a long recovery, Djarin and Grogu attack the Hutt Twins’ base and manage to free Rotta and ultimately kill the Twins.
