The Acolyte
Movie description: It is a time of peace in the galaxy - the Republic has prospered as the Jedi maintain order and justice. But the security they feel is a lie. Lurking in the shadows is a threat more deadly than anyone knows. When Jedi Master Indara is suddenly killed on the planet Ueda, the Jedi are startled and fearful. 1. Lost / Found
On the planet Ueda, Jedi Master Indara is tragically killed by an unknown assassin who matches the description of ex-Jedi Padawan, Osha Aniseya. Osha, who now works as a meknek repairing ships is surprised when Jedi Knight Yord Fandar travels to her home to take her into custody for questioning, though Osha’s journey will be frought with unexpected turns. Meanwhile, Osha’s old master, Jedi Master Sol must confront dangers of the past in learning the accusations of his former padawan.
2. Revenge / Justice
Mae Aniseya, Osha’s mysterious sister who was thought to be dead, is on the hunt. Having killed Jedi Master Indara, she now travels to Olega with plans to murder Master Torbin. Osha, along with Jedi Knigth Yord, Padawan Jecki, and her old Master Sol will have to catch her sister before more Jedi die. But lurking in the shadows is a larger plot; Mae has friends helping her, and a dark master that even she herself seems to know very little about.
3. Destiny
Sixteen years before the main story arc of the Acolyte, on the planet Brendok, Osha and Mae grew up under the parenting of their mothers, Mother Aniseya and Mother Koril. The two girls are part of a coven of Force-wielding witches. Their mothers become concerned when they learn of Jedi in the forest watching. But despite their mother’s fear of the Jedi Order, Osha secretly wishes to join them, fearing her own destiny as part of the her mother’s coven of witches. A confrontation is about to break out when the two young girls make their vows at a ceremony known as the Ascension – but it’s not the confrontation anyone was expecting.
4. Day
Leading a team of Jedi, Master Sol travels to the remote jungle planet Khofar, where he and Osha hope to find their old friend, Kelnacca, a Jedi who is next on Mae’s hit list. But while they travel through the jungle searching for their Wookiee friend, Mae is already ahead of them, about to make her deadly move. But just as they are about to arrive at their target, an unexpected twist of events will change everything – and reveal the true deadly threat that lurks in the shadows.
