1: Aftermatch

On the planet Kaller, Clone Force 99, also known affectionately as ‘The Bad Batch’ for their unique genetic alterations and war-fighting style, do what they do best – destroy Separatist forces. After a victorious battle alongside Jedi Master Depa Billaba, the Bad Batch leaves shortly before Order 66 is issues by the Supreme Chancellor himself. The rag-tag bunch then finds itself falling apart when Crosshair wants to follow the order and kill Jedi Padawan Caleb Dume, while the others feel it wrong to kill a Jedi when the orders make no sense. Amidst the confusion while returning to Kamino, they will be even more surprised when they find that there is a member of their team they have never met: a young female clone named Omega. But the surprises are about to continue: when Governor Tarkin sends them to deal with a group of ‘insurgents’ on Onderon, Clone Force 99 is about to find all of its loyalties questioned.

2: Cut and Run

After betraying the Empire and leaving Crosshair – still loyal to Imperial orders – behind, the Bad Batch travels to Saleucami where the meet up with the defected clone, Cut Lawquane, and his family. Through Cut’s intel, the clone learn that inhibitor chips placed inside the clones’ brains are the reason for such massacre of the Jedi. Working alongside Cut, the clones determine a way to leave Saleucami and help the Lawquane family also escape Imperial capture in hopes of finding a brighter future ahead.

3: Replacements

After leaving Saleucami and having the power capacitor on the Marauder blown, the Bad Batch makes and emergency landing on an unknown moon. Before they can survey their site of their crash though, they realize a creature known as an Ordo Moon Dragon has stolen their capacitor off of the ship. They will have to track the dragon and retrieve their capacitor and repair their ship if they have any hope of traveling to a new home of refuge. Meanwhile, on Kamino, Crosshair is given command of the Elite Squad – a powerful group of non-clones prepared for a deadly mission.

4: Cornered

Realizing they need to scramble the Marauder‘s signature as it is listed on an Imperial wanted list, the Bad Batch lands their ship on Pantora to obtain fuel and tools to scramble the ship’s identification signature. After going into the city though, Omega is tricked into following a deadly bounty hunter named Fennec Shand who plans to capture Omega. Hunter must notice soon and give chase or Omega could be lost forever.

5: Rampage

Seeking information regarding the bounty on Omega, the Bad Batch heads to Ord Mantell to speak with an old informant Tech knowns about named Cid Scaleback. Cid has the information they need but tells them it will cost a heavy price: travel to the other side of Ord Mantell and bring back a kid named ‘Muchi’. The clones agree to the job but are surprised to find that Muchi is actually an infant rancor. Before they can bring Muchi back though, they are captured by its slavers- Zygerrian guards. Even if they can escape, they’ll need to find a way to rescue Muchi and tame the young rancor.

6: Decomissioned

Starting a new ‘mutually-beneficial arrangement’ with the Cid, the Bad Batch travels to Corellia to do their second job for the Trandoshan informant. Their mission: retrieve a Separatist tactical droid. During the job though, they will encounter others that seek the droid’s intelligence, including the Martez sisters – Trace and Rafa. The race is on, and the two parties may find that working together is the only way they can both get what they need.

7: Battle Scars

While preparing to do more business with Cid Scaleback on Ord Mantell, the Bad Batch runs into an old friend: Clone Commander Rex – who has been able to keep a low profile, with his Imperial records claiming he died in battle. When Rex learns that Clone Force 99 still have their inhibitor chips in place, Rex is alarmed and convinces them to travel to Bracca where they plan to remove their chips in an old Venator-class starship’s medbay. Along the way though, Wrecker has been having headaches – a concerning sign that his inhibitor chip may be slowly activating. And just as the Bad Batch arrives at the medbay to get their chips removed, Wrecker snaps and begins attacking his comrades. It will take all of the team’s careful skills to neutralize Wrecker quickly – before they are all doomed.

8: Reunion

Amidst the discarded parts of Republic ships, the Bad Batch sees an opportunity to make credits by salvaging the scene. But before they can do so, their former brother, Crosshair arrives as Commander of an Imperial unit sent to hunt them down and capture them. The best of friends are now the most deadly enemies as Crosshair seeks to trap the Bad Batch in the center of the Star Destroyer. Hunter and Tech have a plan to escape, but along the way, they will run into one of the most deadly bounty hunters in the galaxy: Cad Bane.

9: Bounty Lost

Cade Bane has captured Omega and is taking her to the client – none other than Kaminoan, Lama Su. Surprising as this is, while in pursuit, Tech surmises that the Kaminoans must need Omega because she is a pure genetic replica of the original host, Jango Fett. Before Bane can collect his bounty from Taun We on Kamino though, he finds her dead at the hands of Fennec Shand, who has taken the credits for the bounty. Soon, the two are dueling, allowing for Omeag to try to escape. The Bad Batch will have to hurry to rescue her before she is caught in the crossfire- or plummets to the bottom of the ocean.

10: Common Ground

Omega is disappointed. After being captured by Bane and then rescued, Hunter makes her stay behind with Cid on Ord Mantell while the team travels to Raxus Secundus for their next mission to rescue Senator Avi Singh. As the Bad Batch works to infiltrate a palace and rescue Singh though, Omega learns to play dejarik better than anyone at Cid’s parlor can because she is very skilled at strategy. In their own way, both Omega and the rest of the Bad Batch have found a victory to be proud of.

11: Devil's Deal

On Ryloth, a troubled Cham Syndulla tries to express his support for the new Empire while inwardly feeling that the Imperial occupation on Ryloth doesn’t feel liberating, but instead: oppressive. His adventurous daughter, Hera, also feels the same way and seeks to spy on the Empire, feeling the Empire is hiding something. Getting involved with Gobi Glie and other Twi’leks who suspect Imperial foulplay, Hera finds herself on a moon next to Ryloth where the Bad Batch was sent by Cid to deliver weapons and bombs to the group of Rebel Twi’leks. But Crosshair had been tracking the Twi’lek ship and Hera and her friends are arrested for treason without a trial; Hera’s father, Cham, is horrified by the news.  Hera’s detainment may spark a new war on Ryloth.

12: Rescue on Ryloth

After capturing Cham and Eleni Syndulla, the famous liberator couple is falsely blamed for the death of Senator Orn Free Taa and imprisoned. Having barely escaped, Hera called for help and happens to reach the Bad Batch who were stationed at her father’s old command outpost. In a desperate plea for help, the Bad Batch agrees to help Hera recover her parents, with plans to attack a refinery as a distraction to free Cham and Eleni. But while most Imperials are fooled by the Bad Batch’s trick, Crosshair is not – and will stop at nothing to end the resistance of his former brothers.

13: Infested

After returning to Ord Mantell, the Bad Batch are shocked to find that Cid has been run out of her own parlor, with a Devaronian gangster, Roland Durand, in her place. In order to get her parlor and dignity back, Cid hires the Bad Batch for a ‘spice heist’ to ruin a deal that Durand had made with the Pykes by stealing the spice themselves. But the heist turns sour when the team is caught off-guard by winged creatures in the tunnels they are smuggling the spice through. They will have to make a new deal with the Pykes if they are to survive – or they may never see Omega again.

14: War-Mantle

When a distress beacon is set off by a former clone commander on the planet Daro, Rex asks the Bad Batch to help him rescue his old friend. After traveling there, the Bad Batch discovers that Gregor – the clone they’re searching for – has been taken to an Imperial base built into the side of a mountain and is teeming with stormtroopers and clone commandos. After infiltrating the prison quarters and rescuing Gregor, it will take every strategy Clone Force 99 has to escape the strange facility. And meanwhile, on Kamino, a disturbing storm of lies and destruction is beginning.

15: Return to Kamino

After being captured on Daro by none other than Crosshair and his team, Hunter is transported back to Kamino for execution. Traveling to Kamino, the Bad Batch use and underground network of tunnels to carefully approach Tipoca City in hopes of rescuing their brother. Guided by Omega, they first use the tunnels to arrive at a hidden laboratory where they find Nala Se’s former droid assistant, AZI-3. Before they can get close to rescue Hunter though, they are captured by Crosshair and his men. In hiding, Omega activates training droids to create a distraction and allow her team to escape. But time is running out – Tipoca City is about to be destroyed.

16: Kamino Lost

From the view of a Venator-class star destroyer, Vice Admiral Edmon Rampart oversees the destruction of Tipoca City as orbital blasts began destroying the cloning facilities. Hiding deep within the sinking buildings, Omega and the rest of the Bad Batch are in serious danger as water floods around them, rising quickly. Rescuing Crosshair who had temporarily been knocked unconscious, the team will have to work together to use the underground tunnels to escape before they are flooded. But with sea creatures lurking in the depths and many of the tunnels collapsed, survival will not be easy. And Crosshair still is not on their side.
