Blutopians were a sentient species from the watery planet of Blutopia. They were relatively tall with rounded heads and tentacles surrounding their mouths. Their large body builds and thick arms made them intimidating and well-suited to jobs such as military personnel and body guards.

Oolin Musters was a female Blutopian who was imprisoned by the Galactic Empire on Wobani. Oga Garra was another female Blutopian who owned Oga’s Cantina in Black Spire Outpost on Batuu.
