Raxus Prime, also known simply as Raxus, was a junk planet located in the Raxus system, within the Tion Hegemony of the galaxy’s Outer Rim Territories. After the early Rebel Alliance was rejected by the Grand Hutt Council and the Bounty Hunters’ Guild for a potential alliance against the Galactic Empire, General Davits Draven sent a message to Commander-in-Chief Mon Mothma where he suggested the Mining Guild, adding that he believed the Alliance could secure concessions of safe passage from the Guild and at a lower cost than Mothma might’ve thought. Draven then supplied a map with active investigations into Mining Guild operations carried out by the Alliance, one which was at Raxus Prime.
