1: Confined

Following her capture by Doctor Hemlock, Omega adjusts to life at the Imperial research facility by visiting her prisoner brother Crosshair and getting check-ups from her mysterious and stoic clone sister, Doctor Emerie Karr. Omega passes the time by creating herself a tooka doll and befriends an imprisoned lurca hound she affectionately names Batcher. Though she is not bound to her quarters, the young clone is determined to escape the oppressive facility with Crosshair — who does not believe it’s possible. Meanwhile, Hemlock continues pushing the Kaminoan scientist Nala Se in her cloning work, hinting at further danger for Omega.

2: Paths Unknown

Working as mercenaries, Hunter and Wrecker complete a dangerous job in exchange for what may be the location of Doctor Hemlock’s lab. They follow at the coordinates to find a jungle planet and an ominous abandoned Imperial base, as well as young clones surviving in the wilderness. Together, they seek to uncover clues to Omega’s whereabouts and must fend off a terrifying threat the Empire’s experiments left behind.

3: Shadows of Tantiss

Emperor Palpatine visits Doctor Hemlock to see the progress on the work being done. Nala Se cannot prevent Emerie moving ahead with research that may put Omega in danger, so she secretly tells the young clone to run. Omega is adamant that Crosshair must make the escape attempt with her, but finding a way out of the facility and off the planet will be a monumental challenge.

4: A Different Approach

Following their escape, Omega, Crosshair, and Batcher make an emergency landing on Lau, a shadowy planet crawling with Imperials. Meanwhile, back at the Imperial facility on Tantiss, a captive Nala Se continues to protect Omega’s whereabouts from Doctor Hemlock, who is determined to get the young clone back. In an effort to get off Lau, Omega looks to hustle some locals in a game of cards — until an Imperial officer challenges her, complicating the situation…

5: The Return

The team regroups on the idyllic world of Pabu, where Crosshair struggles to regain the trust of Hunter and Wrecker. When Echo comes to gather intel on Doctor Hemlock and his facility, it’s determined that the datapad Omega stole from Mount Tantiss could be the key to locating the base and freeing the imprisoned clones. In order to bypass the Imperial encryption on the device, Crosshair brings the squad to the icy outpost of Barton IV — the site of his last ill-fated mission for the Empire. While the compound is abandoned, dangers still abound, and tensions are high as Crosshair is forced to confront his past.

6: Infiltration

At a nondescript location in the Pantora city center, Senator Riyo Chuchi meets with Senator Avi Singh to discuss an alliance against the Empire. The conversation is cut short, however, when a Clone X trooper attempts to assassinate Singh — but is thankfully stopped by Rex and his rogues. Cracking the assassin’s datapuck, they learn that Omega is also on his target list; Rex contacts the Bad Batch, while the Empire looks to tie up loose ends.

7: Extraction

Following a battle with the Clone X trooper CX-2, Rex and the Bad Batch look to escape Teth. Meanwhile, Commander Wolffe, now in service of the Empire, arrives with reinforcements. But he quickly clashes with the mysterious CX-2 over how to proceed. It all leads to a deadly confrontation between Crosshair and CX-2, and an impossible choice for Wolffe, who must decide the fate of his old friends.

8: Bad Territory

Phee contacts the Bad Batch, reporting that bounty hunters have been retrieving M-count targets for the Empire. In response, Hunter and Wrecker travel to a distant planet to find Fennec Shand, hoping that she’ll have the information they seek. She agrees to help, but on the condition that they secure her own elusive target, Sylar Saris. Hunter and Wrecker must use their unique skills to finish the job, while back on Pabu, Omega aids Crosshair in addressing his tremor.

9: The Harbinger

Back on Pabu, the Bad Batch is visited by a stranger on behalf of Fennec Shand. She has come to deliver the intel on M-count research, explaining that it’s a measure of one’s potential in the Force. On Omega’s urging, she begins to test the young clone in the ways of the Force, though the rest of the squad do not trust their guest. Indeed, their suspicions are confirmed when they discover her identity: Asajj Ventress, former Separatist assassin. Unsure of Ventress’ intentions, tensions quickly rise — though Omega believes there may be more to Asajj than her past.
